Sharpening Steels

Granton® Sharpening Steels are manufactured to the same exacting standards expected from all our Granton® products.

Our steels are available with Round, Oval or Square section blades, and with varying degrees of "cut" to meet the specific requirements of the various processes in the food and catering industries. Cuts include the standard Course, Medium and Fine, with additional ranges in Diamond, Multicut and Polished Steel. Available in lengths of 10", 12" and 14".

All steels are available with sterilisable colour coded handles, and all have stainless steel hanging rings. Also supplied standard with magnetised, hard chrome blades.
